I have an ADR for lunch at 50's PTC on our DHS day but I think it will take too much time out of the day so we decided to cancel the ressie and do CS instead. The only CS we've ever eaten at was ABC Commissary and we didn't really care for it. What are the best CS places to eat in DHS? Our kids are 2, 2, and 4 and eat typically kids fare (FF, pizza, hot dogs...). TIA!!

We refuse to eat any counter service at DHS--absolutely the worse food in all of Disney. We usually take a break and go to one of the resorts or the Boardwalk for food. That being said, with the ages of your little ones, you could do Pizza Planet. I understand the kids love the atmosphere, etc.

Studio Catering. I preferred it when there was the more exotic menu but the current has some treats also.

Totally agree with you!!! We go in the summer and always take a mid-day break. On DHS days we always eat at our resort. :)

The only one we have tried is the Pizza Planet, and we were not real happy with the food. Although the kids did like the place, since there were games and such to play.

This time we will either try something different (studio, maybe?) or back to Pop.

Make sure to come back and tell us what you decided!

We always eat at the CS between Indy and Star tours. Sorry blanking on the name. DW likes the veg. sandwich

We think Studio Catering is the best there as well, although we usually try not to eat CS there. I had the grilled chicken with rice and it was very good.

I've heard there are some good sandwiches at Starring Roll, we are going to give it a try.

Starring rolls is good...

I would pick Pizza Planet for you.

We never do CS there. However, Starring Rolls is the only place we'll stop for food. Great tasting, reasonably priced pastries. The sandwiches look good too though we've never tried those.

Besides ABC Commissary which my family and I enjoy and I can see you did not, the only other counter service location we like there is Toy Story Pizza Planet.

Oooo forgot about Starring Rolls. We usually grab a quick breakfast there - after ToT and RnR of course. We love their chocolate croissants. Yummmm!
