Best Crab?

My DH and DD LOVE crab legs. I was planning on trying Cape May and getting the bucket of crab legs but I read they don't do that anymore? Where can I get good crab legs?

Our crew is me, DH, DD (will turn 9 there), and DD (will be 9 months there).
We have the DXDDP so a 2-TS would be OK but really don't want to do anything to "up tight" w/ 2 small children.

Reviews show it as hit and miss, but I've always had good experiences at Fulton's Crab House at DTD. You can get crab legs for lunch or dinner...and your 9-year-old might think it's pretty cool to be eating on a steamboat!

As far as I know there are no restaurants on the dining plan that offer crab legs. Narcoosees offers lobster. I have seen awesome pictures of the Fultons Crab House crab legs they look wonderful but are pretty expensive when paying OOP.

I don't think that there is crab available on either the DDP or the DxDDP.

Thanks that's what I thought. I had planned on trying Fulton's but thought I'd ask if there was one on the plan.

Do not get the crab dip at Rainforest Cafe. Yick. There's mostly melted cheese and barely any crab meat. Skip it if you go there!

No crab legs are currently available on the dining plan. Fulton's and I believe Bluezoo serve them. But neither of those accept the plan.

If I remember correctly Cape May and Coral Reef both offered crab legs in the past but no longer do.

You can find crab cakes all over the place.

edited - not Bluezoo - Shula's has stone crab (seasonally). They're also not on the dining plan.

Rumor has it from several posters here that Cape May has put the Crab legs on the buffet as a trial run to see if it is "cost effective" .No telling how long they will be on or if they will be a permanent addition

I do remember seeing that - I think they also had a post that said the trial run is already over.

This thread doesn't say anything about the trial being over. But there's no telling if it will suddenly end. So one booking Cape May to get the crab legs will need to weigh the chance that they'll be ultimately disappointed.

RustyScupper posted on a different thread that the trial had ended and they were now in the phase of evaluating the response to decide if it is worth bringing them back for good.

Fulton's Crab House!!! Your countdown says you will be there in time for stone crabs! They are my favorite - better than lobster. Fulton's is a must do every trip. Lunch is cheaper than the dinner but anything that they serve for dinner they will make for you for lunch.
