Best character meal for dietary restrictions

We have reservations for Minie and Friends character breakfast for my sons birthday, but I am a little concerned about their menu. My DH has a limited diet, he wont eat anything with any kind of dairy (I think this rules out scrambled or omelets), or non-white meats. Also he has restricted his fats and saturated fats intake. Plus he is just very picky. Can they make to order eggs so they dont have any dairy, or is it better to look for another character breakfast, or just do a sit down restaurant instead.

You can ask to speak with the chef when you arrive at the breakfast. They will let you know what they can make that is dairy free.
