Best Character Meal at WDW?

Our favorite is Crystal Palace but we are also trying Chef Mickey's and Cape May Cafe on this upcoming trip.

If you want breakfast and not a buffet we really enjoyed Ohana breakfast with Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto. It was served family style, lots of fresh fruit. Very yummy! I don't always love a buffet, but the buffet's at disney did not bother me. If you want to give buffet's a try we loved our late lunch at Crystal Palace. It is a beautiful restaurant and Pooh and friends are fun to see. LTT is great for the characters in their costumes and it's a neat setting, but the food is just average. (not anything bad, just wasn't what I was expecting) I don't think you can go wrong!

Cinderella's Royal Table
The Crystal Palace
Liberty Tree Tavern
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
The Garden Grill Restaurant
Donald's Safari Breakfast
Ohana
and have to say the best food was Garden Grill and the best characters were Akershus because of all the wonderful princess. We are trying Chef Mickey's our next trip because we have a large group with 7 newbies and want them to experience the main characters. I posted a simular post and Chef Mickey's was the winner. Chef Mickey's gets me and my kids vote! We do it every year and it has come a tradition. Our second choice would be Crystal Palace...

I absolutely LOVE Liberty Tree Tavern. The food is delicious and the characters are great! We just booked today for our Dec. trip. IMO, the Crystal Palace is HORRIBLE for dinner. The food was bad and the service was even worse. We've eaten there twice and I won't go back. It might be better for breakfast? We're trying Chef Mickey's and The Garden Grill on our next trip as well as going back to LTT.

I love their food and the character interaction there is always top notch.

Our family loves Cape May for Breakfast as our favorite Character meal. It really isnt that busy. I dont know if people dont know about this meal or what. If you enjoy fresh fruit this is the place to be!! We try to eat there every trip. The characters are so cute in their beach clothes!

My Top three are
Chef Mickeys - awesome food and lots of fun
Crystal palace - always had lots of time w/characters and great food
CRT - ok...food was good not great...but who can resist the princesses and eating in a castle
