My friends, who are WDW newbies, and myself are going to the parks in October. They have a 2 y/o and I feel we should do at least one CD experience. What would be your recommendation for her age? She doesn't really watch Disney Jr. much as they don't have TV but knows the Fab 5 and we are introducing her to Pooh. I'm really torn on where would be best for her age....

On our first visit my boys were 2 1/2 and 5. Our whole family loved CP so that's my vote:)

With a toddler, I would recommend Garden Grill.

Two reasons:

1. It is not chaotic, and the interaction at each table is very good with little interruption.

2. It is served family style. They bring the food TO YOU. With a toddler, that is priceless.

We really liked Ohana for breakfast with our daughter that age, family-style is definitely the way to go! Mickey and Pluto are there - she's six now and still talks about how Pluto tried to eat her bacon. She had seen Lilo and Stitch, though, and Stitch was absolutely her favorite character there, so maybe show her one of the movies if you decide to go there?

Great feedback so far, thanks guys! I agree, family style may be best. With Garden Grille, what characters are there again? I personally loved the Ohana Breakfast when I went with my sisters. We enjoyed CP too but I remember we had to stay forever to wait for Eeyore to finally make it to our table (my sisters and I refused to leave without seeing him, lol). I'm sure that was just a quirk though. Maybe we should do several character meals?
