Best character dining experience at Disneyland?

Taking our 4yo to DL (first timers!) and trying to decide if any of the character dining is worth the money and time. Help is appreciated!

Probably better to ask on the Disneyland Forum, but for us it's Minnie's Breakfast at the Plaza. MANY characters and a wide range from Chip and Dale to the FairyGodmother, Hook, Minnie... nice breakfast buffet as well. I hope you have a great trip!
