Best chances for 4th FP?

Am still a bit away from booking my FP+ but working through ideas. I will be at the parks late September. I plan on hitting ripe drop and likely going to MNSSHP one night. Curious what everyone thinks about prioritizing between rides:

DHS My kids prefer RnR to TSMM ( we are DLR AP and lines are never as bad for TSMM on west coast) - but we are with friends from east who prefer TSMM. Wondering if I should choose TSMM and hit RnR early in day. Will I also have luck getting a 4th FP for RnR - or is it more likely to be Star Tours or something?

EPCOT again - my kids prefer TT but friends prefer Soarin'. Any chance I could get a TT as a 4th FP. Couldn't realistically use my 3 until noon it so, right? Wondering if I FP Soarin and hit TT first thing?

MK - thinking of FP splash for each of our two days as it will be hot. Also 7DMT both days knowing I can't get that on the fly. My girls want to meet Anna/Elsa and do ETWB. That means no FP for Space or Thunder - with rope drop, MNSSHP and possible 4th FP - think it will be okay? Do any mountains have late availability for that 4th FP?

Hoping to start all FP about 2 hours after park opening leaving time for lunch so I would be looking at booking that 4th around 3? Assuming park opening at 9?

Sorry for the very long question. Haven't been since FP+. Hear rope drop isn't as productive and standby lines are longer. Our friends have two boys (and a little girl who only wants to meet characters) so the planning is stressing me out a bit. I am trying to make everyone happy while not having us apart the whole trip. Ugh.
