Best Buy Reward Zone bonuses

It's a shame that it seems like most of the people not getting the rewards are Premier Silver members. I heard the reason for that was to entice non regular shoppers to come and shop at Best Buy but the e-mail I saw posted on another site talked about thanking you for your loyalty. I am also a premier silver member and did not get a certificate.

Add me to that list.

I got the email from Best Buy stating I have a $20 gift certificate, but it's not showing up when I log into Rewardzone.

I'll give it until tomorrow, then I'll give them a call to see what's going on.

I'm a silver member, and spent about $700 over the last two months.

We never shop at Best Buy, ours is Awful! Seriously, we have not bought anything there in at least 2 years. After reading your post I checked my husband's reward zone account, and he had the $20 certificate.

I printed it out, and took it this evening. I have been meaning to buy Pinocchio on Blu Ray before it goes into the vault in January. (Somehow I missed it when it was originally released)

The Pinocchio set was on sale for $22.99, so it was only $2.99 or $3.24 with tax.

you would think they would reward their loyal customers first rather than people who havent shopped in many many moons.

But their loyal customers will continue to shop there. If they entice people who haven't been there in a while, those people might start shopping there more.

THANK-YOU!!!!!!! I was wondering why I haven't been receiving any Reward Zone certificates in the mail. I never check my reward zone account. I only go to the BEST BUY site to pay my bill. Well, today I went to the RZ site and realized that they had my old email address (even though we requested it to be changed numerous times). I changed my email and logged in and had a $75 certificate that they had just issued. We purchased two TVs and a printer back in October. I would have never known that they stopped issuing the certificates in the mail and only go do it online. I am so happy I checked out Disboards this morning

Now - I bought something at Best Buy for $75 on Thursday night. (Got the $10) on Friday.

Can I return my $75 item and buy it with the $10 off? Or - will they do a price adjustment without doing the formal return?

Thanks for posting this! I checked mine tonight and had $20 on there! Going to order a wii game for christmas!
