Best Buy restocking fee

I purchased the Panasnoic Lumix zs8 over the weekend because my daughter has an earlier model and the photos are fantastic. I shot alot of photos, including foliage, pumpkins, portraits in different lighting, and all the photos are very dull and flat.

My daughter and I compared photos (using the same monitor), using the same settings, mine just did not compare. The reviews on this camera were pretty good, nothing noted about washed out color.

I am going to try to even exchange it at Best buy on the chance I got a lemon (just bought it afew days ago) and try another one.

If they do not have another in stock, will they still charge me a restocking fee, or refund my cash?

BB did not have a replacement in stock so they did NOT charge a restocking fee. Good to know..
