I have no clue what gift cards are available at Best Buy either. The closest one is an hour away and we don't visit that often. Just trying to weigh my options on what to cash out for.
My mom had a gift card with about $150 on it. She decided she wanted to get 3 $50 gift cards with it, to use for Christmas gifts. She was told that as of Sept., they are no longer able to do that. This was at the Erie, Pa, store.
I used $200 in Best Buy gift cards to buy a prepaid Visa card. The fee was $6 but it was worth it to be since I got the gift cards from trading in video games for more than I paid for them. They would not let me use reward zone certificates to buy another gift card. The don't have a good gift card selection. All I have seen is the Visa card, Amazon, iTunes and a few others but no stores or restaurants.
