Best building in POR AB section

Heading to the world in 17 days!!! We are staying at Riverside in the Alligator Bayou section (there are 5 of us). We have a "Garden View" non-preferred reservation. What would you suggest as the best building to request? We prefer to be close to the food court and bus stops, pool is not a priority.

(I have googled this information and get conflicting information. It seems building 16 is the most recommended, but one resource said to avoid that building due to noise. Some noise isn't an issue, we sleep through freight trains around here, but I don't want it to be real noisy. TIA!)

You can check out the map on the POR thread. You might not want to be near the quiet pools, since they stay open 24/7.

It has been awhile since we stayed there. I thought it was 14 as it is closest to food court. It puts you in coming at the back entrance of food court. We stayed in 17 right in front of a quiet pool. It was ok,not my favorite. I really liked the ones closer to the main pool (scenic wise) I really liked 27 and 38 as it was a nice walk but not too far.

Last time we were in building 27. I thought it was great. Not too far from the main pool and the very excellent Muddy Water Pool Bar, close enough to the quiet pool and not too far from the main lobby.
