Best building for 2-bedroom at HH?

Just curious as to which building everyone likes at HH, and why.

There are so many "best building"s it seems for 2-BR. The best for the view seems to be 31. The best for convenience(central location near pool, etc) seems to be 23, 24, and 27. That's not to say others are "bad" (although I have a hard time putting HH and "bad" in the same sentence-I love it!) We've always stayed in 1 BRs in the lodge, and to me that's the best building because I can just hop downstairs to Big Murgie's Den. It's not as convenient to the pool, community hall, and fishing pier, though. But HH is a pretty small, compact resort, so nothing is too far away.

I'm going one month from today/ I'll let you know which 2BR I get and if I would stay there again.

We have stayed in building 23(villa 2322)and it was awesome!! It is on the 2nd floor(or 3rd floor since none are on the ground or 1st floor) and overlooked the pool. It wasn't too loud or busy. We loved it! It was right next to community hall and the pier as well as only a few steps from the playground. As the previous poster said, it is not too far to anywhere at HH, the whole resort is quite compact. Even the trip to the beach house is not that far.

It is a great place to vacation. We can't wait to go back!!

I think we were in building 21, last summer. We loved it. It was close to parking and the pool without being right on top of them and overlooked a quiet, shady courtyard.

We just got back this weekend and we were is building 13. We had a choice of 13, 15 and 25. I have to say we loved 13. It is sort of behind the Lodge and is very secluded and quiet. You have to walk thru the parking garage to get to it. We had wonderful view of the tuesday night fireworks from our deck. My DDs had a bedtime snack of milk and cookies while watching the fireworks in their PJs. We were on the 3rd floor or is that 2nd since there is no ground floor.
Right behind the building was nice private little area with a very inviting hammock.

That is so funny!! We were in Villa 1321. I was hoping to run into a someone from the Dis and to think we were right next door to each other and did not know it.
Did you enjoy HHI. We loved it and will be going back again but we definitely want to stay longer.

We were at HH June 5-10th and stayed in room 1312. I can't believe how many DISers were there!

We were on the Aligator Adventure today with folks staying in vila 14... they said they had an unobstructed view of the barge and sky. We are in building 27, right next to the shuffleboard area... very close to the pool, Comunity hall, Broad Creek Rentals et all. This is also a smoking building.

HH is very compact and ever so lovely to walk around. The builders and designers did a great job buiding around the trees. Walking around here is pure joy. There is no bad building/ view.
