Best Budget Hotel

If I remember correctly from searching for a hotel for our late July/early Aug trip the Desert Inn has a discount for August. I can't remember how much the rooms were but it's one of the lower priced hotels at the crosswalk even without a discount.

I decided to go with Motel 6. We don’t mind the walk (maybe 10-15 mins) and can grab an Uber if tired. Ideally I’d love to be directly across from the park like we did when we last came as a whole family (7 kids at the time, including toddlers) but since it is just my 14 yo and myself, we are choosing to spend the extra by going in the parks one extra day.
I plan to keep watching and if some crazy good deal pops that is closer, I will chose that. But $284 for 3 nights in the middle of summer plus no parking charges sounded pretty good to me.

I use getawaytoday.com for hotels. One of our go to ones is The Anaheim hotel on Harbor Blvd, they did a good job with their renovation. Super easy walking and just booked 4 nights in August for $422 total with taxes :) Now looking for my October trip and they are $485 for 4 nights total with taxes. Great rates I believe! I will say it is worth a few extra dollars to be within reasonable walking distance. We aren't the fancy hotel type people when going to Disneyland. We just want convenience and cleanliness.
