Where would you recommend staying for Disneyland? Obviously, Grand California, but not wanting to break the band and we really are not in our rooms very much.
No problem - that Disneyland forum is so far down the webpage that I’m never surprised when someone doesn’t realize it’s there. Have fun at DLR!Oops sorry! Thank you for the redirection
Thanks @LKing!@OneTrackMind here is the link to your thread.
Hi. I’ve been waiting for the 2026 onsite hotel reservations to open. Now that EE will be gone, I don’t see how I can justify the onsite cost. We always maximized EE every day - it was still very valuable to us even at only 30 minutes, as we could usually get at least three to five big rides done.
So now I have to look at offsite hotels, which I’ve never paid any attention to before. There are so many threads and so much information on this forum that I don’t even know where to start.

I can't think of them as budget anymore. I keep wanting to try them out post-refurb, but the last few times I priced them out I got rates in the vicinity of $300 per night for a standard room. Of course, I wasn't looking at what would be considered a non-peak time of year if that exists anymore, but I also wasn't looking at Christmas or New Year's either. My favorite Harbor hotel is Candy Cane Inn, which is about a 10 minute walk. They have a breakfast, too. I'm not sure if they're considered budget, though.
We don't know yet what @AlohaMinnie considers a budget hotel. So far she has only said not the Grand Californian. That leaves a wide price range still on the table! The CCI might indeed be an option for her.I love Candy Cane Inn but it is not a budget hotel.
