I agree Cape May Cafe is the easiest to get breakfast in, and the servers tend to be so sweet (older) ladies that really look after you! , I love the bright colour scheme and the relaxed atmosphere. Its also a really good way to start the morning if you are going to either Epcot or the studios, as you can get the boat straight over afterwards
I have found food wise, its changed over the years, but we got a walk-in at Crystal Palace when we did an early magic kingdom day and I have to say, its gets my vote for No.1 breakfast currently.
It was a whole other class food wise, they had Pooh's breakfast lasagne, which was beautiful, mickey waffles, pancakes, fresh french toast with cinammon sugar

plus a fresh omlette and egg station in the middle, not to mention all the regular stuff. they also has the krispy kreme holes, which my boys love!
