Best Breakfast at WDW (non-park)?

Kona, ixnay the Tonga Toast (gags me) but just a regular breakfast with a glorious pot of their Pressed Coffee (and no I don't share it)

Grand Floridian-Nice and relaxed breakfast!

Olivia's at OKW-The best Breakfast Potatoes!

The best of the best for last- Boma's breakfast buffe (the only buffet I like at Disney), but I can't ride anything after this! Frash fruit, delicous African foods, Croissant and yes, another pot of Pressed Coffee, even better than Kona!

Another vote for Kona. Many excellent choices and they're all good. The prices are quite reasonable too [well...Disney reasonable]. We never miss it.

It sounds like we really need to put Kona Cafe on one of our next trips!

We've never done that, or Boma, so I won't refute the suggestion. But, our family LOVES Whispering Canyon Cafe for breakfast. They have a "skillet" that's all you can eat, but it's brought to the table. Double win, as far as we're concerned. The kids get an endless supply of mickey waffles and bacon, and DH and I get endless amounts of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc, etc. Plus, the kids love being able to get out of their seat and run around the restaurant mid-meal for the stick horse races. :yay:

It's simple, but it's one of the only things that will get us out of bed before 8am on vacation.

I'm no expert, but we enjoy the breakfast (and only breakfast) at the Rainforest Cafe. The French toast is awesome! Reasonable prices and I think the 2 Disney locations of Rainforest are the only ones that serve breakfast.

I hope that we convinced you NOT to do chef mickey. Although I dont think it is as terrible as one of the earlier posters, I definetly think Kona is the way to go. If you are going in October maybe our paths will cross!!

Wolfgang Puck Express at DTD has a lovely breakfast menu. I love the crispy cornflake french toast, and TS quality even though only a CS credit.

Totally!!!! WPE is our favorite breakfast when staying at PO.
Cornflake French Toast, Omelettes, and Breakfast pizza all out of this world!!!
