Im 21 and going to wdw in august with my family and some friends, what are some of the bars with the best party scene, if there are any?

You can check Belle Vue Room, Jellyrolls, or Tambu Lounge. Here, Disney bartenders ring up all the variations on rum punch and piña coladas.

You are not going to find much of a "party scene" for 20 somethings at WDW. There used to be comedy and dance clubs, but those closed 2 years ago. Jellyrolls could be a place to spend an evening ($10 cover), or else I would try Raglan Road if you are OK with Irish folk singing, that kind of stuff. Others have recommended Rix Lounge at CSR, they have live entertainment but most of the clientele is probably going to be conventioners. I have heard Paradiso 37 at DTD doesn't have that much of a nighttime scene but that may not be the case every night.

Try ESPN zone at the Boardwalk or Big River Brewing - both are more active than others. When there are conventions in town, the bars in the Swan and Dolphin get pretty loud - there's a Japanese Karoake bar in the Swan that can be fun with the right group. Agree that Jellyrolls (Boardwalk) is probably your best bet, along with Raglan Road (Downtown Disney). My favorite place to hang out is the English Pub, Rose and Crown, in Epcot. Always a fun crowd in there at night.

ESPN at the Boardwalk, and also at the Boardwalk Big River Grill has some nice beers and we love the Tambu Lounge at the Polynesian (get a Lapu Lapu).

Really and truly any resort bar is fun. I love the one at Caribbean Beach, its fun to get a cocktail and then grab a hammock on the beach. Same with the pool bar at the Poly.

The River Roost Lounge at POR has live entertainment (but a family friendly atmosphere and you do see kids but the show is a hoot) with Piano Bob and the Scat Cats Lounge at POFQ also has live entertainment.

And we love the bar in England at Epoct. Drinking around the world in Epcot is very fun, not the typical bar scene but lots of fun.

Jellyrolls is a great way to spend a night. They cover all kinds of music, from Billy Joel and Elton John to Queen to Beastie Boys to Garth Brooks to AC/DC to Pearl Jam to Lady GaGa. It is all request so what you hear is up to you. My girlfriend (23) and I (26) love it there.

1) On-site, probably only Jelly Rolls for a "party" atmosphere.
2) Pleasure Island, as mentioned, is gone forever as a party scene.

Since the closing of PI the only place would be Jellyrolls some love it some hate it...it is no Party Seen but can be fun
If you are looking for a "Party Seen" try Church Street in Orlando but you will need to take a cab $$. Ask the young CM's they will tell you where.....

For bars, there's also Atlantic Dance Hall across from Jellyrolls.

I'd check out La Cava de Tequila inside the Mexican pavilion in Epcot.

no party scenes there, though.

Another voete for Jellyrolls...if you have never been there you must go. You won't want to leave.
