Does anyone have any suggestions for a bag to carry around in the parks. Something not too small and not too big. A purse size type of bag so I could carry wallet, water, sunglasses, etc. I already currently have a coach bag and a baggalini. Looking to either find another baggalini at a decent price maybe or try something new. I tried to do a search but the baggalini's are priced kind of high, almost as much as a Coach! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.:)

I think I'm "park bag challenged".....Got a baggallini and wasn't a fan, got an animal kingdom crossover bag and wasn't a fan....:confused3. Now I'm back to my old standby which is a Disney parks backpack.

I used a Vera Bradley hipster for my last couple trips. I love it.

If you want to also carry water you need a Vera Bradley small backpack. I've used mine and like it a lot. Good luck!

I have a few bags I switch between. My favorite is a Victorias Secret Pink backpack. I used it pretty much the entire time on our last trip. Very comfy straps and it held a lot if I needed without being too heavy. The front pocket was perfect for things I needed to get to quickly (camera, tickets, etc...) and the bag is drawstring at the top (under the flap) which was great.
I also use a Baggallini, Overland Donner and I have an 'off brand' Vera hipster style bag.

Another vote for Vera Bradley hipster. Great size for camera, phone, wallet and a few small snacks.

Another vote for the Vera Bradley Hipster (the large one). It is the only bag that I take with me. If you go on their website, you can usually get fantastic deals in the sale section!

;)I use a small teardrop style sling backpack similar to this:

That isn't the actual one, but looks very much like mine. We are a family of 4 with 2 school aged kids, and that is all I need to get the 4 of us through the parks. I carry a Bobble for water, a few snacks, our room keys/tickets, cell phone, sunscreen and camera. That's about it. I could stuff ponchos in if necessary.

The thing I love about this style is that when I get on a ride, all I have to do is swing the 'pack' part forward on my body so then it's on my front side while I'm riding. I don't have to take it off at all. ;)

I use a Sherpani Pica or a Kipling Lancelot depending on how much room I need, and I love both.

A third vote for the VB hipster.

It was awesome for in the parks. They can hold a ton but not too much so you don't get weighed down with lovely "souvenirs" type stuff that can be aquired by kids as they walk thru the parks. I put in P&S camera, inhaler, small zip ID wallet with cash and room cards/park tix, sunglasses, plastic zip loc for those wet rides, small sunblock, lip balm, our daily touring plan, DH's meds (cause yeah he gets sick every time we travel) and more, as in if I really wanted to I could put a 20 oz soda and a snack in it and still have a little room.

I'm taking this one, and DH is carrying the camelbak. Between the two of us, that should be enough room - we travel light and I didn't want to lug something around all day.

How many people are you carrying for? What do you want to carry? etc.
How tall is this bag? It looks similar to what I'm used to carrying. I was looking for my bag and found out that my husband had put it in our storage and it's disgusting now. I told him to throw it away. I want to find a similar bag to it. I can't seem to find the one I had online anywhere. I purchased it probably 8 years ago though.

We used a North Face padded backpack last trip, was water resistant which allowed us to place our Canon 50d camera with battery grip and lens in it for wet rides and is padded well enough for some protection against bumps and provided enough space to hold everything else our family of four needed during the day with room to spare.

We carried our Disney parkas, sweaters/jackets as necessary on cold or forecasted rainy days and had a place to carry small purchases made throughout the day too!

As a bonus, there were two mesh pockets on the sides to put a couple cold bottles of water we kept in the resort refridgerator saving a couple snacks for other purposes to use with our meal plan.

We have a bag that I think is similar to the Sherpani bags. It is from target and made by Swiss Gear. We ♥ it!! It isn't girly so my husband will carry it, and it holds a lot more than you'd think. Here is a link to it and it can be found in the Target stores.

My husband uses this bag all over, including just around town. I call it his "murse." Seems to work great for him. I have a travelon cross-body purse that works pretty well for me, but the strap is skinny and I'm thinking of grabbing an eBags Piazza or something similar because the skinny strap digs into my shoulder when wearing cross-body.
