Best Baby Jogger Stroller for the parks?

Our DD is due in July and will be 4 months when we go to Florida in November.

We have bought the City Elite but I'm wondering if I should purchase a lighter stroller to use while there? I'm wondering if the Elite is going to be a bit heavy to lug around in the heat all day? The one thing I do love is that it has a huge sunshade on it which will be invaluable in the parks.

Has anyone used a Baby Jogger in the parks and if so, which one? Thinking that there are lighter ones out there that may be easier to transport etc...

We used a City Elite double - no issues pushing it. It was much easier than the double umbrella we used the next time. The 20 minutes a day on the bus aren't pleasant but it would be the same with either stroller.

We have the City Mini GT and absolutely love it. It's my favorite stroller ever! It's lightweight, folds in half to store easily and it's like pushing your kiddo on a cloud!!

We used a City Mini double and it was great!

Haven't use the lite, however, looking at it when compared to the GT, while the price is much more palatable it looks a lot less padded and well made, more like an umbrella stroller to me. I'd trade off a little additional weight for comfort and functionality personally.

We love our City Mini GT. Haven't tried other ones though.
