I had Cashews!!!!

when I was younger, my mom and dad liked to videotape our reaction to seeng the presents under the tree. When we got a little bit older, if we woke up and they were not ready yet, they would make us sit on the step, as they got ready.

Dad would have to get the hot tea made and the cinnamon rollls with icing. My mom would have to put her face on...

Then, once all was done, we were allowed to come down and we would make those fake...Oooh, ahh sounds and it was so hard to keep a straight face for the camera....

We did a similar Thing as a Kid...we had to wait till My parents got up...then we could run downstairs & start opening Gifts.....

I love Christmas so much that I always wake up before the kids can stir ...Bu they are not allowed to come in the Livingroom until Karen & I are up...so she can take Pics ....We also do a family tradition every Year & Karen makes the very same Sausage & cheese Quiche that My Mother Made when I was young!!!

Us girls have to stick together, right!!!

Sorry ... behind the cow's tail. Trying to catch up as I will be road tripping today. I also read Courtney's report but I haven't read in a while. It seems like there is always a rotten apple in the bunch. I personally loved the face pictures they would take when they were bored. Too funny !

Since we are talking aout Christmas, here is anotehr thing my mom did. She would wrap each person's gift in a different paper. One, so it was easier to see who got what and two, so it makes a nice picture.
