DS is on a bad sleep schedule and still awake in bed with my DH watching tv.

My Ds is driving him nuts and is whining.

He is annoyng my DH.

I am not sure whose whining is worse, so I am going to go in there now and try to calm ds down, as whining is the one thing that drives me nuts
