Thanks for posting this, it makes interesting reading. I'm surprised that Virgin are not mentioned more, considering the amount of awards they have won and their popularity (particularly with Americans). I'm also extremely surprised that BA beat Virgin in the "business" section. With the new Upper Class Suite Virgin's premium cabin is far superior to BA's.

Airlines in the Far-East seem to be the way to go, though! Shame they don't fly LGW-MCO!!

Rob, what was the criteria do you know? I am surprised by EasyJet I must admit (but then I am sure the orange makes it worse in my mind than it in fact is, LOL)

Not sure about the North American category.

I have flown with Continetal & Air Canada, Both were long haul flights on fairly new planes and Continental was far far supierior. Nicer plane better food & better staff.
