For a 4 adults ( im taking my parents) and on toddler? Dd will be 2.5 at the time. We all are foodies ( includding the little one) and enjoy all cuisines. The only places I was not really interested in were the dinner shows and California Grill since we can get great sushi between NYC, Philly, and dc. What do you guys like?

If you're adventurous and want to try something different I suggest Jiko.

We have a ADR Boma already. African is not one of our favorite cuisines, but we are still open to it. What do you suggest there?

I was leaning towards Flying Fish or Narcossees just from some of the reviews I've read here.

Flying Fish is my favorite of all of Disney's "signatures". I enjoy the food here, the wine flights are nice and the atmosphere/decor is lively enough for a toddler to enjoy.

It's a much better restaurant than Narcoosees, if you have narrowed it to these two.

Flying Fish for sure. The food is fabulous and the atmosphere is just so lively and cute. The potato wrapped snapper is absolutely incredible, the kind of dish you find yourself craving long after your trip is done and over with.

California Grill is a must-do for my family, but we can't get great sushi at home and it is definitely the highlight of their menu. If you aren't going for the sushi or the view you'd probably be better off looking elsewhere.

Jiko is also very nice, just a little exotic without being too over the top. I loved the ostrich appetizer, which I don't think is on the menu any more, and the short rib entree was excellent. It is a little quieter than most of the other signatures, but not so much so that a young child would be out of place during prime dinner hours.

Narcoosees was a hit with the lobster-loving members of my family but just pretty good for those of us who don't really go for lobster. They do, however, have my all time favorite Disney dessert, the almond crusted cheesecake.

Brown Derby really didn't feel like a signature to us, and I don't think it is worth the two credits unless you're going for the Fantasmic package (and that's mainly on the weakness of the other choices, not the strength of BD's offerings). The Cobb salad is to die for but the rest just didn't live up to signature status.

Yachtsman Steakhouse was quite good but at the same time not anything different than you'd find at any other good steakhouse anywhere in America. We enjoyed our meal there but really don't have any burning desire to go back because we can get a comparable experience here at home.

ETA: We've taken our toddler to all of the above except Yachtsman, which we tried on a trip before she was born, and never felt out of place for taking her anywhere. She was 16mo on her first trip and 2.5 on her second. That's one of the things we love best about Disney - in the "real world" having a toddler tends to limit your nicer dining options, but at Disney the only place where kids aren't welcome is Victoria & Albert.

I just started to look at the signatures and I saw that flying fish, narcosses, and ca grill get pretty consistent good reviews. My lean is flying fish since we are going to be in epcot, but we are staying at cr so I didn't think narcosses was a big deal since it is on the monorail and we would be swapping out kourizza and tuskers for a signature.

Citricos is the best restaurant on Disney property in my opinion. Food is excellent and the service is even better. Waiter even cut my daughter's steak, pulled out her chair, etc.

Did you want to freshen up before heading to dinner? If so, you would be leaving Epcot to go to CR to come back to the Epcot area for FF dinner. Just something to think about.

If you aren't worried about freshening up, I think that FF would be a good option. I would go to Citrico's over Narcoossee's, though. We haven't been to Citrico's yet (we are going in June!) but the food at Narcoosee's we thought was good, but nothing great. It does have a nice view of the lake and castle.

Oh I'll have to look at the menu now, but dd will be sharing off everyones plate.

Didn't even think of that! Most signatures have dress codes right? I was planning to stay at the park until the res time, but maybe I'll have to rethink this. Going back to cr to freshen up with my parents and a toddler will be a 2 hour ordeal.

The dress code is no bathing suits, hats on men, torn clothing or anything with profanity. That pretty much means anything you are wearing in the parks will be okay.
