In recent years, it seems that Nov. is a great month crowd-wise. If you avoided Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving week, crowds would be low. However, it seems like DLR's recent marketing campaign and AP deals are bringing people to the parks in droves even in typical off-season times. My MO would be plan for the worst, but hope for the best.
Last year we went the week before Thanksgiving and it was empty. It was wonderful. This year we are going the first week of November and I am hoping for the same, light crowds. But, we'll see.
Thank you for letting me know about the parade. How were the ride wait times or were things just really crazy on main Street and slower everywhere else? We will be there over the parade taping and 4 days beyond. I am hoping for low crowds. Thanks much!

We are there from Friday afternoon until very late Tuesday night. We should get 4 full days in the parks. We are staying at PPH and the rates were good, so I hope that means low demand. Thank you!
On the day of the parade taping the lines were super short for rides. We maximized the fast pass system. Most people were watching the parade or waiting in line to see Miley Cyrus/ Cast of HSM perform. We watched the cast of HSM but didn't wait in line for it and still managed to make it on TV!
