Happy Anniversay Melissa! I do hope that your DH is feeling better today! Enjoy your day and I am sure that whatever you get him will be fine. Your gift basket was a great idea... and even if he is not feeling well, at least the basket will keep. A DVD to add is good too. Do you both have a movie you enjoy cuddling together to watch that you don't already have?

LK, I would have been upset with that too. Luis gets embarassed by my death looks I give people when they talk or kick my chair in a theater.

I can't believe I have only been here an hour... I am afraid it is going to be a very long day here!

LK - glad to hear that you had a good time with your "mini" k at My Fair Lady....sorry you had to be annoyed by the off-key singing and the BO....THAT must have been AWFUL....and once you notice something like that, it almost seems that the sounds and smell GROWS the longer you have to tolerate it!!

Steph, I'm glad that you finally got your box and that you liked everything in it. I'm sorry that it was so late.

I love the pics of everyone's work. Steph's room, Sandi's quilt and Marsha's curtains and chairs are all great!

I have to get going and get to work using my talent today. My nephew is getting married this weekend and I'm doing their wedding cake for them as their wedding present. I won't be around much this week.

Kathy, can you take a picture of the cake and post it for us? I love decorating cakes, but I haven't done one in a few years. I could never figure out how to make roses. That is a wonderful present for your nephew!

Hello Again Everyone!

Just got back from my second trip to Ohio in less than a week. We had a great time at my sisters over the weekend. The cousins really enjoy seeing and playing w/ each other. My sister didn't tell her kids we were coming, so they were in shock to see us. Went to a local pool yesterday and got a little sun. My DS didn't like it too much since he is used to 85 degree water in the neighbor's pool.

Kimmar - Six Flags was nice except for the rain on and off. My DS wasn't tall enough to ride Batman or Superman so he was kinda bummed. My DD loved the animal park (Sea World) the best. Because the weather wasn't the best, there were no lines for the rides.

Marsha - great looking chairs!!! I probably would have just bought new ones.

Sandi - a beautiful quilt you made. How long did it take you?

Melissa - Happy Anniversary!! My 10th is coming up on the 31st. My DH already asked for new golf clubs, so that is an easy gift.

Remember me? I've been trying to shake some kind of bug and I'm still feeling punk. On top of that I picked up a watering can the wrong way and twisted my shoulder so that has greatly impacted my typing.
