When you leave the ship to go to Bermuda, do you just need to take your passport & key to the world card to get back on the ship?

Passport isn't required to get off the ship - that is up to your comfort level. Some people prefer to have them with them any time they are off the ship; some to leave them in the stateroom in the safe. If you don't bring your passport, adults need some form of photo id (driver's license). Everyone needs to have their KTTW card to get off the ship in every port.

A Key to the World card is always required for each passenger to reboard the ship.

At most ports, the only other requirement is that those 16 or older have a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport.

A few ports specifically require a passport for all passengers to return to the ship. The day's Personal Navigator and the Cruise Director's speech at the shows the previous night will let you know if Bermuda is one of them.
