Bell services hours

Just booked EMM at DHS on our departure day from POFQ...reading the EMM thread, I see we should leave the resort about 6:30 a.m. Will bell services be open at 6:30 a.m. to drop off our carry-on luggage to be held until ME will pick us up later that night? Don’t want to check it to be transported to airport, want to carry on the plane.
