Bell Service location at VGF

Where is the bell service location for VGF. And would this be the location for a grocery pickup?

There are 2 locations for Bell Services at VGF, one is at the Main Building at the right to the check-in desks (this is where most grocery delivieries get delivered to) and the one at the Villas is located outside at the front of the building.

If you can call your delivery person while in transit, you might be able to get them do go to the Villas.
