Yea, I know you should dress how you like but I want to try to look somewhat cool and fit in with the cooler crowd. What do you think of my wardrobe. Keep and I mind I am 16 year old male.

Like to wear quicksilver,hollister,abercrombie? Any of those weird or dumb? I am moving to florida and someone said not to wear abercrombie there since no one wears it there. I just spent 150 dollars there. lol

Be who you are. I always found that the popular people at school were the losers and the ones that have messed up their lives. You shouldn't try to fit in with people like that, just be urself.

I wear whatever I want to wear. I'm not buying designer clothes, and shopping at expensive stores, just simply to try to be popular. I don't really care what people think of me. I buy my clothes at stores like K-Mart, Wall-Mart, and occasonaly, Kohls, but that's really as far as I go. If people don't take the time to get to know me, and judge me by what I wear, well then they can go fall off a cliff.

honestly, no one down here (or anywhere else for that matter) really care about what other people wear. yah, people tease. its only natural because they arent comfortable in their own shoes. but as long as your happy, what does it matter?

I dress different from everyone else, but I'm one of the most popular people at school. Why? Because I don't pick on other people, I treat everyone nicely. Plus, I don't TRY to be popular. The original post makes you sound like you're desperate to be popular. Don't be. Just be nice to everyone, even if they are mean to you. You'll soon have more friends than you could imagine!

well personally I love those stores. But i didnt start shopping there because everyone else shopped there, i do because i like the clothes. and who cares if they dont wear those kind of clothes, then you will be different, and people like it when you arent trying to clone them. And most people dont like you for what you wear, they like you for your personality. For me, i think my clothes represent my personality, so if those clothes represent your personality im sure they will love you, just remember to be yourself and dont try too hard. Okay, coming from a 15 year old girl... those clothing stores are good. If you REALLY want to change yourself go for Hollister, American Eagle, or Abercrombie. However, be careful how you act because you could be taken as being..... well you probably get my drift.
And if you want to be popular, seriously just be yourself. DO NOT TRY TO BE POPULAR! Trying too hard just makes you stand out as being different, and people will only ignore you more if you try to hard. Seriously... do what you want, but be youself. Its sexy.
