Behind The Scenes Tour? Which One To Do??

This is our 3 rd time too Sea World and I wanted to Surprise DD with a behind the scenes tour.

Has anyone done the Arctic one?? I am also considering the Predators tour?

The Arctic one she would get too touch the Puffin Penguins and I am thinking she would really like that?

What are the tours like. Are they worth doing and how long do they last?

Just wanted to do something a little different this trip.

we have done the polar expedition tour and thoroughly enjoyed it! Its really interesting and its great to learn about things, also being able to touch a penguin is cool! the tour lasts about an hour and well worth doing

We did the penguins which was awesome. My DD loves manatees and we did that one too. It was about rescue and release but was mostly manatees.
I think they are well worth the time. We had annual passes and got the tour free, but I think it would have been worth whatever it cost to the public.

We did Polar and Save a Species a few weeks ago. It cost $12 for adults and $8 for children. Polar one was good we were behind the scenes at Beluga whales, polar bear and seals. Got taken to penguins where handler donned wellies and apron and held the penguin . We were able to touch her with 2 fingers down her back. Could just see the puffins in the background.
The Save a species tour was really good girls learnt so much about rescuing the turtles and manatees. Both tours were an hour but I reckon you get spend longer and still be interested. Well worth the money a portion or all of which goes to their rescuing the animals.

Were you able too see the Beluga whales very well? I really want too see them this trip.

I am pretty sure I will go ahead and book the arctic tour. Do you suggest morning for these tours???
