before and after #2

Here is my first attemt at a "real" perrenial garden. Pulled out one of the azaleas, cut down the other one but can't bear to get rid of my "christmas trees". This is about 3-4 weeks ago and everything is in full bloom now!

Oh! I didn't realize that there are a series of Before/After photos. I only saw #3 originally. I think the look is beautiful. Can't wait to see your #1 before/after. Going there next.

Very nice!!!! Amazing how the color changed with taking out the Azalea.....nice job!!!!

thanks for the kind words (on all the posts) In this garden I planted a couple of forget-me-nots, candytuft (?) balloon flower, something called pinks (maybe a dianthus?) some daiseys and a couple of delphinums that are in bloom now! I filled in a little with annuals for more pink color also.
