Figured out what/where the Tortilla Factory is.
Eaten at Ariels Grotto.
Figured out what the Minnie Breakfast is.
Eaten at that bakery near the check point.
Watched the fireworks from main street.
Seen Aladin.
Riden Pirates without pretending my hubby is "Jack" ;) .
Taken a picture of the kids with Donald Duck.
Had a good seat for any parade.
Lost weight from all the walking.

We ARE going again in 28 days.... I am going to try to fix this!

as you are walking towards the winery from the entrance turn left and walk towards the bakery and the tortilla factory is directly across from the bakery.

it's not april fool's yet is it?

never been to mission tortilla? travesty. i can't wait to go back and beg for 2 tortillas at a time.

I did go through twice, doh, didn't even think to just ask for two at once

the sour dough bread place directly across is good too and so are the salads and soups that come in the bread bowls

I don't think you have missed much by not eating at Ariels Grotto, unless you are a big princess fan. It is probably my least place to eat at DL.

Minnies Breakfast is a character breakfest in DL, at the Plaza Inn on Main Street. Its really good.

But you really should see Aladdin, its super!

And if it's your birthday and you are wearing the birthday button they give you a whole pack of tortillas!! After all these years I did not know this- the CM at City Hall told me last month as DD and I were getting our birthday buttons. Huh!

Yummy...

they *may* do that. and i've been tempted to test the theory too. but they don't control how many times you can go through anyway, they just make you sit through the little presentation first... maseca!

Your list made me laugh. I have been 5 times I think and also have not found the tortilla factory, or lost weight from walking. But honestly, you MUST see Aladdin. It's super.

I am pretty sure I never lost weight from walking but there are so many tasty treats I snack on.

Hmmmm....corndogs and cotton candy and Tigger Tails (Imagine Homer Simpson voice)

I missed the Tortilla Factory on our first trip, but refuse to miss it on our Honeymoon trip. Do they have set times, or can you just walk up?

it should keep full hours. there's a brief pre-show that runs continuously. sometimes you'll have to wait for the next one to start, sometimes you'll get a nice CM who will just let you in. you'll know you can go in if the doors are open

You have to see Aladdin! And the view of the fireworks in front of the castle is wonderful  Do you guys go through the Boudin Bakery tour? I tend to like that one even more than the tortilla factory because I like the video and if there is no one in there they will give you extra sourdough bread...yum.

Well I guess you have another reason to go back!

just get a b-day pin or sticker and put it on before going in there - they'll give you a whole package :goodvibes

ETA: Ok...I didn't read everyone's posts before posting this...so yeah...someone else already said it...but they do it...it's GREAT!

i'm not a fan of the sourdough myself. sometimes i wish i were, i'd love to buy one of those mickey loafs

Ok well, I've been 8 times since last July for weekend visits and I've edited your list........

Figured out what/where the Tortilla Factory is. We did this in January, the tortillas are yummy!!
Eaten at Ariels Grotto. DO this!!!! WE love AG and the Princesses are divine!!
Figured out what the Minnie Breakfast is. Hmmm, I haven't either, perhaps I'll do a PS for our visit in 2 weeks. That would mean we've done every character meal....hmmmmm
Eaten at that bakery near the check point. what bakery is this?? lol
Watched the fireworks from main street. Ohhh, do this!!!! They are amazing from MS!!
Seen Aladin. Do this too, this is a great show!!
Riden Pirates without pretending my hubby is "Jack" . But, my DBF is a pirate! LOL I have the pin to prove it! LOL :)
Taken a picture of the kids with Donald Duck.
Had a good seat for any parade. This is easy, we usually watch from the Toon Town end, get there a little early and find a seat near Small World and you'll have a GREAT view!
Lost weight from all the walking. Nope, me neither....LOL I'm guessing it's the Tigger Tails, caramel apples, ice cream......LOL

But most important I do always have fun!! And I bet you do too!! :)

Of all the things I plan to change on this visit, the two I wont change are pretending hubby is Jack ;) and Having FUN!!
