Been Away 2 years - Whats New at WDW?!?!

So, this is the longest Ive been away from Disney World. What's new in the past 2 years??? Any big changes or stuff you all know about?

Fun stuff to do? I saw the Pirate Princess thing - that looks fun. We went to the Halloween shin dig last time and the kids LOVED it.

Had the dining plan last time. Thought it was great. It still had some bumps. Is it better now? Still a headache? Fill me in!

My kids are a little older this trip! I CANT wait to go!!!

There's new attractions since you went last time. If you go to the disney website, I know there is a feature where you type in the last time you went and it shows everything new that has opened since that time.

The dining plan has changed since last time you went. It no longer includes an appetizer with TS or gratuity. They lowered the price by $1 to compensate for the change. Because of the changes, I wasn't sure we'd break even. So, I wrote down everywhere we will eat and what we'd get (if we weren't on the plan), we still come out ahead (primarily because we have three kids) so we are doing it when we go in Dec.
