Bed Time

What time do you usually go to bed? Is it different during the week vs weekend?

I'm usually in bed by about 9:30p. I read for a little bit. I usually am asleep about 10pm. No difference if it is during the week or weekend.
I usually go to bed about 11:30. It’s closer midnight/1am on weekends. I used to stay up a lot later on weekends when I could sleep in, but DS doesn’t allow that! I need to get 7 hours of sleep to function so I go to bed 7 hours before I know I’ll need to be up.

I usually head up to the bedroom between 11-12, but when I get upstairs, I watch a couple murder mysteries on Discovery ID before I fall to sleep

I go to bed at about 06:30 (am) on work days but don't really switch off for "sleep time" until about 0800. On my days off it depends on my plans for the next day but I usually stay up until at least 0400 to prevent screwing up my sleep pattern too badly... ah the joys of permanent night shifts...

In bed around 10, up between 5-6 during the week. On weekends, everything is about an hour later. What I’d give to sleep past 7 on a Saturday...

If I’m working at night, I try to be home and in bed by 11:30, but it can seriously depend on how the shift goes. My nighttime gig is waitressing and sometimes we’ll have tables there until 11:45... when we close at 9:00.

If I’m not working, I’m usually in bed by 10:30 or 11. I can hear my younger self laughing at me.

Being an insomniac, this answer changes from week to week, heck, sometimes night to night.

I aim to be asleep by about 2. I work from home and start at 9 so I can sleep til 8-830.

For the past few nights it’s been asleep by 12 and up at 4. That makes for a long day.

Waaaay too late and over the past few months I've really been feeling the effects of chronic sleep deprivation. I stay up until midnight or so most weeknights and am out of bed by 6:00 am. Less than 6 hours a night is just not enough sleep and I need to change my habits. :(

Ha, it's 2 am now and this is NOT in any shape or form when I go to bed. I get up at 5. I just woke up again and can't get back to sleep. Better to get up for half an hour than to toss for a couple.

I only sleep 6 hours no matter how tired I am. 11 pm I go to bed up at 5 as I said. Weekends I certainly don't want to be up at 5. I'm usually watching a movie or something if I'm home until at least 2.

I should get my medical card. That's perfect for insomniacs. I have horrid trouble getting to sleep most nights. I think it's only CBD though here.

Come up here for a visit. The whoooole country is legal AND, despite the fears, nothing has changed. It helps me sleep too but edibles don’t really work for me and I’d still feel weird smoking in front of my daughter, even though she’s an adult and she knows I do, on occasion. I think the stigma will take a generation to disappear for good.

I try to be reading/relaxing by 8:45pm during the week and fall asleep in the 9:30-9:45 range. I am then up, often without an alarm by 4:15am. (I set the alarm, but I seem to naturally often wake up about 5 minutes before it goes off). Weekends, I fall asleep at almost the same time unless there is something going on, but try to sleep more to the 6-6:30 range.

I have always been a morning person. I am smarter and in a better place to do harder or more challenging things in the morning.

I am actually terrible about going to bed. I usually fall asleep on the couch and then wake up at some ungodly hour (usually around 4am) and then go to bed. I’ve been under a lot of stress the last few months and my doctor says that as long as I’m getting sleep somewhere then she’s fine with it!

Sounds just like me. At least we have identified the problem. Many dont

This is what I aim for as well.

Though I occasionally fall asleep earlier watching TV, and then am up for a while before "really" going to bed.

Ha ha, I was just in Ontario riding the bicycle in July. Passed 1 Cannabis farm stand. Looked like larger farm stands we have just selling regular produce. I got a picture of it and wanted to stop in to check it out, but I had 4 others down the road that I had to catch up with.

I don't know how you all do it up there getting the munchies, LOL. We would leave camp and wouldn't find food for 30-40 miles. It was a miserable trip. Normally we ride 70ish miles and get to camp/hotel around 5 or 6. We set up camp in daylight 2 of the 11 days. No where to eat and fuel up. Just the occasional Tim Hortons (which the turkey club was amazing by then, LOL.)

Loved not seeing high fructose corn syrup in everything. Every label of everything I looked at was sugar, real sugar. That's the big problem with obesity in the US, everything is high fructose corn syrup. THAT is what should be banned down here.
