Bed rails on sofa

I'm looking to use the bed rails on the sofa for my daughter, but it won't let me select that option because she isn't 3. Do I just need to talk to our stateroom host once we're onboard or should I call DCL and see about adding the note to our reservation? Thanks!

I would call. That's what we did when we needed them for our son and they were in the cabin on embarkation day.
