Becareful ordering

Afternoon all, Just wanted to warn you about what happened to me.
We went to WDW in october, My husband fell in love with a watch, we had the clerk write down the number, I called and ordered it for xmas, and its the wrong watch. I think he will still like it, BUT Im a bit disappointed that it was more expensive then in the park, and that its not the right item! So just make sure you get the right number when planning!

Did you call Disney back? I ordered a World's Best Dad trophy last year and could wait to get it. When I opened the box, I was disappointed because it was the wrong trophy. I called Disney Merchandise, told them the problem and they had another trophy (the correct one) shipped out to me the same day. They didn't charge any additional shipping and they let me keep the other trophy at no charge. It's worth a try calling them. Hope this helps, Lisa
