Bec & Chris - Wishes Wedding 03/01/11 WP/WHR/SCP - Some extra pics and **COMPLETE**

Thanks everyone :goodvibes The halter was actually an optional extra, which just gave the dress a little extra something. It's not holding anything up or serving any real purpose, but I had to have it :lovestruc

Also my guest book turned up! :yay: Since DF and I didn't get any professional engagement pics or anything done, I dug through mum's and FMIL's photos and found pics of us growing up, and placed photos of us at similar stages together.

I'm really happy with how it turned out. I'll post pics of it shortly.

LOVE that idea for a guestbook!! DF and I are debating on whether to have a family friend take our pictures, because it was wayyyy to expensive with our photographer!

Can't wait to see how it turned out!! What company did you make it with?

Your dress is so pretty :bride: I love the details on it and the halter. What a great idea on the guestbook! We had a photo display with similar pictures, but didn't think about adding them to our photo guestbook.

Here are the pages of our guest book;

I'm really happy with how it turned out. We used a company called Momento, I think it's an Australian company. Their prices aren't that competitive, as they don't have many companies to compete with, but I'll use them again.

So cute! I know we love our photo guestbook and leave it on our coffee table. Its so cool how they have the markers now that work on them without any smears.

Bec I love the dress and the guestbook!!! You have fabulous style!!!

oops i'm a little late! the dress is so beautiful! you look great in it!! I had padding sewn in too! makes all the difference!

I love the guest book! its so cute and personal. :thumbsup2

Your dress is stunning :goodvibes, I really like the guest book as well. It was a good idea to get family pictures of you together, it makes it seem more like a journey that you have been on together, unlike a professional shoot which can look a little impersonal.

I'm slowly ticking things off, but I think I'm going to need a working bee to make sure it's all done! :lmao:

You know, I wrote a huge big post yesterday, about all the things I'd done, and all the things I was doing etc. and then it disappeared... So I got the poos, and decided I was too busy to write it again.

However I'm back to try again...

My sister threw me a hens night on the weekend, and it was great! Just what I wanted, a nice dinner, followed by drinks and dessert at my house, and finished by 1:30am :lmao:

The "colourful" side of the table

I started off the night in the ears veil, but then swapped over to the top hat, and my sister took the veil

That's me on the left in purple, and my sister (MOH) on the right.

I was really worried that everyone would sit in little segregated groups and only talk to the people they knew, but it was great, everyone talked, and laughed and everything!

I was trying to get everyone to wave their sparklers about all over the place, but instead they'd take them and run off around the yard, so I couldn't get anyone to stand still for long enough to get a clear fun photo :lmao:

My sister found these around town, and made them into table decorations.

I've started packing and have pretty much finished, when DF gets home I'll need to wash some of his clothes and pack them, I need to buy another US adapter, because I don't know where I put my others.

My dress is all ready to pick up! So I'm heading out to the seamstresses place this weekend to get it :yay: then I'm going to find some of those moisture removal packet thingies and cram it into my carry on luggage! :rotfl: I haven't tried cramming it in there yet, so please god let it fit!! :scared1:

I've got 1 more hair appointment, 1 more beauty appointment, 1 more nail appointment, and I'm getting eyelash extensions done. I'll then have 1 more nail appointment when we get to Orlando, but that's not part of the count down :rotfl:

I better hurry up and post this, or who knows, it could go missing again!

:yay:21 days!!! Your day is sooo close!! :woohoo:

Glad to see your to-do list has gone down to a more manageable size!! :)

ACK! Thanks for posting your to-do list, we leave Friday morning and I don't have any of those moisture wipe things! Please excuse me while I frantically run to the nearest drugstore....obviously you will be better prepared than I am! :scared1:
