Beauty and the Beast $10 blu ray coupon now live

As far as the Toy Story deal goes, you don't have to buy it when it comes in (at least not at TRU). You can just put $5 down but get $10 off of BATB. Thats a $5 net gain (or $5 extra off of the movie).

sconnell got a movie (correct me if I am wrong) that apparently they wanted anyway, with a little more off of both BATB and P&F. So I think you got a great deal sconnell. to each their own on where they get it, its just that you can get it the cheapest at TRU after putting the $5 down for TS3.

Okay, I understand the TRU deal a little better now. I was not being contrary, I truly didn't understand it.

So, they don't take your name or anything when you pre-order the DVD? I never would have thought to pre-order and not follow through with it because it seems disingenuous to me. I thought that they took your name and when the DVDs came in that they set them aside for you so that they were not available for someone else to purchase, were taking up room and tying up stock and staff time.

Our TRU is not a nice store. It is the kind of place where you would find dirty diapers in the carts and fast food bags all over the parking lot. I try to avoid it as much as possible. We may go in there once a year around Christmas but that is it, so I didn't know how the pre-orders worked.

I'm glad that you all got fabulous deals. I'm happy with mine as well. We plan to watch the movie tonight with some popcorn and pizza - it will be a fun family evening!

I was very happy about the $7.99 that I paid at TRU for B & the Beast. I'm going to buy TS3 anyway-kids are huge Toy Story fans. I'm hoping they have it on sale for $22.99 or less, and there will probably be another $10 cpn by then-plus I've already paid $5 for it with the pre order. :goodvibes

No problem! But no, they don't take your name or anything and you only have a week to go pick it up (for those they set aside based on pre-orders) before they put them back on the shelves and your pre-order isn't any good at that point. So at the most those movies are only held for a short while and the majority of TRUs don't run out of movies anyhow.

Hope ya'll enjoy your movie night tonight! DD has watched hers twice today! She is home sick with a cold-I was going to wait and give it to her for Christmas but I was trying to get her to sit still and rest so I thought I would go ahead and surprise her with it. She was very excited!

Actually, that's been one of the complaints from some people on here. TRUs didn't have copies of TB even for those who reserved it! Now, that would certainly have made me mad. If you pre-order it, you should have a copy waiting for you.

Sorry your TRUs is a trash hole. I wouldn't want to shop there either. We are lucky to have a nice one and with only a little bit of questioning, I've always got the coupon deals.

Enjoy the movie!!

MaumeeMom, one of our Wal-Marts is trashy like ur TRU and I go there very rarely. Luckily we have more than one of them. :) Our TRU was just redone recently to add in a Babies R Us and is pretty nice.
I will probably go back to TRU for TS3 since I put the $5 down, but if I loose my slip or something, then I can't get the discount. Thats the only way they know you get the discount.

I went to TRU on Wednesday and got mine. I bought BATB and pre ordered 2 copies of TS3 and my total was $14.32. i was super excited and now I cannot wait for TS3. Hopefully there will be coupons for it.

Hey, is this deal still working?! I'm interested in getting BB and also TS3 - and maybe even F&F... and my duaghter wants tink. I printed a 5 buck tink coupon and a $10 BB coupon. Are there any target match ups or is TRU a better deal? I hate TRU - much prefer target.

Went to TRU this morning with my $10 coupon. Picked up the BATB and went to the register - it rang up as $29.99, not the $22.99 that everyone else got. I asked if it was supposed to ring up less, and the cashier said no. I told her I'd buy it elsewhere then, as other retailers are carrying it for less.

So I wonder, was that $22.99 regional, or maybe only for a few days during this last week? Oh well!

I'm not 100% positive but I think the $22.99 price was only until Saturday (yesterday).

You won't be able to get it at the price most people paid last week, if that is what you are asking. And as far as who has the better deal, you might want to go with TRU providing you can pick up a Magical Savings coupon booklet there, and providing their regular price isn't far above that of Target's (I'm not sure what the regular prices are but according the post below you, BATB at TRU is 29.99). If you can get the booklet, you can (or should be able to-it depends on your TRU) combine their $6 off (someone correct me if I am wrong because I don't have the booklet) when you buy 2 Disney DVDs and the coupons you have for TB3 and BATB. You should still be able to pre-order TS3 and get an additional $10 off one of your movies that you are buying as long as they are 19.99 or over.

I'm in agreement with Marshay-I think the 22.99 price ended yesterday (Saturday). Sorry! But as far as the 29.99 price, it might not be too far off what you are going to find elsewhere this week but if I see it cheaper anywhere else, I will let you know.

I noticed a couple of people said they used their coupons yesterday..How'd you do that?

I had time yesterday to run to the store to get the BB movie but when I grabbed my coupon it said it expired on 10/9.

Maybe it expires so many days after you print the coupon. I printed mine out yesterday and it expires 10/12/10.

So, I ended up going to WalMart yesterday. They still had BATB at $24.96, so I used my coupon, no questions asked. Also picked up a copy of The Rescuers (one of my personal favorites) and the Alice in Wonderland 2 disk Platinum (?) set.

I technically bought these for my DD's 1st birthday this coming weekend, but we all know who will REALLY be enjoying them. :rotfl::rotfl::lmao:
