Beauty and the Beast $10 blu ray coupon now live

I just got home from WalMart.

I had them pricematch the $22.99 price from TRU and then gave them the $10 coupon that I printed off the Internet.

Final price = $12.99 -- plus it does come with a free movie voucher to see Tangled (up to a $7.50 value). The voucher expires on 12/31/10.

Hope that helps someone!

I got my copy of Beauty and the Beast at Walmart as well. The price was $22.99 - the $10 coupon total price $12.99. I didn't get the movie voucher was it attached to the package or did you ask for it?

My cashier saw the coupon and said she has never seen one of these before, I told her I got it off the Disney website and she continued to ring it up and it worked. Thank goodness, I didn't have time to go anywhere else since I was meeting my son.

I don't do tru, it's to far for me to go just to purchase a Blu Ray.

The movie voucher was attached to the front of the movie (in the left lower corner). Someone may have taken it off before you purchased it -- it was just stuck to the outer packaging and wouldn't be hard to take without purchasing the DVD.

So, my transaction went very well! BaTB and TS3 preorder came out to $3.70 OOP. I paid for that with the giftcard from TB3, so technically nothing OOP today! Yay!

If all goes well my next transaction with go like this:

34.99 TS3 (rumored price)
-5.00 deposit
-10.00 disney coupon (we expect will be released)
-6.30 left on giftcard
=13.69+tax OOP + 16.40 OOP (from previous transactions)=$30.09+tax for all three movies (TB3, BaTB, and TS3)

If I can get a better price than 13.69 from somewhere else, I'll abandon my TS3 preorder and use the giftcard balance for Christmas presents.

As far as the TS3 movie goes, I wonder if they will be having any preorder deals with Fantasia once TS3 hits the shelves?

Yeah. I don't want Fantasia, but I would preorder for another 5.00 off. It'll be interesting to see!

When I preordered BaTB yesterday, they gave me a card that says $10 off my next DVD purchase. What is this? I haven't preorderd TS3 yet, so I'm a little confused because the scenarios here say to use the $10 card given when preordering TS3.

For those who both BATB at Walmart-does it say free ticket for Tangled only at participating movie theatres in the U.S.A? I live in Niagara Falls, Canada and going tomorrow to pick it up either at Target or Walmart in the U.S and I'd rather get it at Walmart if I can use the Tangled ticket in Canada. Can you get the CD with the dvd/blue ray combo too?

The movie voucher coupon on the DVD does say, "Good in USA only" so you are probably better off getting it at Target. Hope that helps.

Well I'm headed in tomorrow to TRU. Got my coupon, got my pre order cards for B&theB and TS3. I just hope I don't have to call over the manager.

Thanks for the great deals and recommendations. No TRU anywhere near us, but I'll take advantage of the free movie ticket for Tangled at Walmart and use my $10 coupon and the Cambells rebate. Makes it a pretty good deal.

I have a post office box and physical mail box so printed 2 of the Campbell's rebates and will do TS3 in my daughter's name and let her put the $5 in her Disney fund.

Just wanted to give you all heads up. I was just reading on slickdeals that some stores are not allowing the coupon to be used when you do the TS3 pre-order promo. The wording on the coupon says not to be combined with any other offer, and they got memos from corporate to not allow it.

I did mine last night and the total came to $3.96 and I told her that can't be right and she said they have been ringing them up all day like that if so then TRUS is losing money.

Got mine :thumbsup2

I thought I was going to have a problem b/c the cashier kept making these rude comments like "This coupon is probably fake" and "I don't see how your total could be less than the $5 deposit for Toy Story," but I walked out paying $3.92 today plus the $5 deposit so $8.92 total!!

1. TRU still has the $5 deposit you already paid.

2. Disney will reimburse them $10 for the coupon, so...

TRU really was paid $5 (deposit)+$3.96 (paid when picked up)+$10 (coupon reimbursement)= $18.96

I paid 2.99 out of pocket for the Beauty and the Beast, with the pre-order for Toy Story 3. It rung up through just fine, and didn't have to call the manager. Although the one that helped me with the Tink transaction was there, and I told her everything went fine. I think that made her day.

I didn't use the Tink gift card, I figured I'd save that for the TS3 movie.
