Bear Cave in the Arctic

Anyone know if the Bear Cave in the Arctic exhibit will ever reopen? It was always a highlight for my 3 year old as we ran through and every time we go now he gets all bummed out. I've asked a few people at the exhibits but they never seem to know anything. Perhaps its getting a fresh coat of paint? Perhaps someone got hurt and they don't want to take any more chances? Just curious.

We went in July and my son was able to go through. Not sure if its on a rotation or something like that
