Is Bear and the big blue house on Disney + I tried searching for it on there but it's not on there I used to watch that show on Playhouse Disney when I was little

I do not believe that it is. It may be because it was produced by The Jim Henson Company so there could be rights issues. While Disney now owns The Muppets, they do not own The Jim Henson Company or all of the characters related to that.

It is not on Disney+. Disney has not mentioned the series or if and when it will come to D+.

Disney does own it (it was a specifically part of the Muppet purchase).
