Beaches n cream to Pop?

If we have an Epcot day and wanted Beaches 'n Cream for dinner, what's the best way home to Pop? I'm guessing take the boat to BC from Epcot and then walk back all the way to Epcot's main gate for a bus?

That's one option. The other is to take the boat (or walk) from the Beach Club to Hollywood Studios, and get on a bus there. Since you can take a boat to the gate there, it would be less walking. If you walk to Hollywood Studios, it would be similar distance as walking through Epcot.
