Hi!

Is Beaches and Cream a table service restaurant or counter service? I have been told by two separate CM's there are no ADR's available but on allearsnet they are classifying it as a table service.

Help!:confused3

It is both! But I don't think they take ADRs. It is a nice basic ice cream/malt/burger shoppe. A few booths, a few tables and a eat at counter - all wait served. There is also an outside walkup take out counter for ice cream...maybe food menu too, not sure. But again I don't think this is ADR type restaurant.

It is table service but does not take reservations.

On the DDP it is not QS.

The little takeout area is for beverages and ice cream only.

Do they do the kitchen sink for take out? and do they have any tables to sit there and eat your take out?
My FIL wants to get the kitchen sink while we are there, and I am trying to fugure out when to get it, if I should eat there, or now that I hear they have take out I may do that.

But it seems tome that would be a tough one for take out??:confused3

They do not do the kitchen sink for takeouts. They have a very limited take out menu because they only use the ice cream and toppings on one side for take outs. This is so the service is faster. They do not make their big sundaes for takeout. Only ice cream and and simple sundaes (hot fudge)

I was just there solo a month ago and got a seat at the counter. They have the best burgers in WDW. they are not like the other burgers in the CS locations and the buns are baked fresh every day at the beach club.

Thanks for all the replies. I can't wait to go! :goodvibes

We are also eating at the Plaza in MK. BaC and Plaza sound similar. I wonder which one everyone prefers!:dance3:

I prefer b&C BUT, for a TS this place is way way way too SMALL.It is really popular too.I think for a TS credit it should be a bigger place with adrs.Wait times here can get ridiculous.

We ate here yesterday and I have to say that we were a little disappointed. IMHO it is not the best burger on the WDW property. I had the Kona burger at the Poly that blew BNC away. The meat was not fresh and previously frozen. The onion rings were very good as was the service. I would eat there again BUT would not go out of my way to make a special trip over there again. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate the burger a 6.

I like eating at both places. I prefer the Plaza, but my dh and ds prefer Beaches and Cream. The ice cream sundaes are better at B&C. Dh loves the No way Jose sundae.
