Beaches and Cream Walk Up

We are not staying at Beach Club but would like to stop by to see the Christmas decorations and grab some ice cream. Will we able to park our car at the resort to do this without having a reservation at B&C? Does the walk up window require us to get on the walk up list through the app if we don’t want a table? We’d hoped to just eat our ice cream outside (are there tables?)

Unfortunately, the guards at the near-park resorts like BC are usually very strict about requiring an ADR to be able to park there. If you are staying on site, you could park for free at DHS and then take the boat, Skyliner, or walking path to BC.

The good news is that I don’t think that the walk up window at Beaches and Cream requires an advance mobile order to get ice cream there. And yes, there are tables outside for you to sit while you enjoy those delicious treats!

You can walk up to the B&C window and order anytime. I don't think they even do mobile ordering there (they would have a lot of melting ice cream if they did, I guess?!!).

I agree with the previous poster about the guards at the BC. In my experience, they are not terribly nice and will most likely not let you in without an ADR. (They wouldn't even let our Lyft driver in to drop us off.) However, we have been able to park at the BW without even being asked why. We may have just been really lucky with the guards, but you could possibly park there and walk over to BC.

You can't really blame those BC guards. If they were "nice", given the extreme proximity of BC to Epcot IG, huge numbers of Epcot-goers would head there.

We have been allowed to park at Yacht Club when going to Crew Cup Lounge. We have also been allowed to park at Boardwalk when eating at Big River Grille. However, we know this isn't guaranteed and always have a back-up plan to park at DHS and either take the boat or walk to the Boardwalk.

If you are staying on property, I would use Disney transportation to get to Beach Club.

Thanks for the help!

Agree that even though it’s inconvenient in our particular situation, I do understand the necessity of controlling who’s parking at the resorts closest to the parks.

We loved our last stay at BC… maybe this is the excuse I need to talk hubby into a short stay again this year 😂.

I agree with that!! Beach Club is the best!! Then you can eat as much B&C ice cream as you want!! :)
