We ate there on our first night last month. It was a late dinner. It was hot outside and our check in experience a couple hours earlier had been an annoying hassle of schlepping bags down the longest hallway four times because we had to immediately change rooms. I was in a bad mood, is what I'm saying.
Our server was wonderful. She really turned my mood around. It was nice and cool inside which was appreciated.
We were STARVING. We hadn't eaten a real meal since breakfast. Long flights, short layover.
Our food was SO mediocre. It bordered on inedible in parts (the tater tots were grease soaked sponges of potato and I could only eat a few). I got the French Dip and it was low quality roast beef, overcooked at that, on a terrible roll. My boys had burgers. One stopped eating after half and said he was full. This is his way of saying he doesn't like it. It was incredibly dry. He got a brownie sundae which he polished off no problem, so he wasn't exactly full. The brownie sundaes were great. The strawberry shortcake I got was meh. The cake part was okay (although it was NOT shortcake), but I got exactly 3 of the tiniest strawberries I have ever seen in my life in the sauce, which was thin and watery. It was the strangest strawberry shortcake dessert I've ever had. The ice cream itself tasted low quality.
