Yes for sit down items. they do have a limited dessert menu available at a take out counter- no kitchen sink though

Yes, they will give you bowls so you can dish it out and share. You just need to get a reservation for a table.

I would definitely recommend it. Even after the remodel, the restaurant is still not huge. And because many people like to stop in for just dessert, it can be hard to predict “slow time “.
