beach ????

Hi
We will do a 4 nighter in august my question ,
Is there any beaches close by with cab or water taxi ???
If so how far from where you get off boat and what was the cost cab , water taxi or aby fee to get on the beach ??
My children ( 21&26 ) want to do a beach day but I know nothing about those since when we went ( DH & I ) we did historical tour & glass bottom boat ......
If you ca help me can you tell me if the beach was clean & can you buy food nearby for lunch .

There are a couple of beach excursion through DCL. I'm sure you could probably do them on your own a save some money. When we were in Nassau, we took a cab to Atlantis and it cost us $10 each way for the four of us. The beach at Atlantis was very clean. You can also try Cable Beach.

So 10$ cab for the four of you but you say atlantis beach is there a fee to go on that beach ??? or do you just go there ( wouldnt think so )

last year we did the 4 day. we went to cabbage beach. the cab ride was 4$ per person. the ride is about 15 min. we shared a van and they stopped at atlantis to let a family out. once you get to cabbage beach you go up a short hill )snad rocks) and i think it was 10$ for a very bad lounge chair. but we were there for a few hours and it was fine . the water is blue , blue aah and the sand so fine white. peolpe say oh stay on the ship. the water was soo relaxing to sit and swim. you have to bring your passport with you. bring a softsided cooler filled with water. i did not see a bathroom.well there you have it. it was confusing to know what to do in nasauu. have a grat time
