I have reserved a standard view room in late October at the BC. Does anyone have any suggestions for rooms that I could request by fax prior to arriving? Is one area better than another?

Any other BC tips you might be able to give me would also be helpful. My brother and I are going down on business but will have plenty of time for fun also.

Thank You.

My favorite standard view request is to be near the lobby. The resort is spread out and most places you go send you thru the lobby.

I'm not sure if its important to you or not but BC does have some standard rooms that are double double rooms. If you want or need queen beds I would put that on my request. Also I would ask for a courtyard view (wouldn't want to be facing a parking lot if I didn't have to) and a full balcony. Some of the rooms have a standing room only balcony which are okay but not as nice as sitting on a balcony and enjoying a nice view.

We enjoy eating at some of the different places on the Boardwalk like ESPN, Gullivers at the SwanDolphin and Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club and for the seafood lover, there's Cape May Cafe. I think my son ate his weight in shrimp alone! Also, I believe the Yacht Club Galley is open again for breakfast and its a nice alternative to some of the noisey character experiences.

You also might want to check out the pool most people rave about - Stormalong Bay which has among other things, a pirate ship waterslide. Hope you have a great trip!

Have you checked out Joe Cool's Y&BClub FAQs at the top of the page under resort FAQs? Have a great trip.
