How comfortable are the queen sofa sleeper in the 1 and 2 bedroom units. We're thinking about rent points for a Oct trip.

At SSR very comfortable! 2 children or one Adult on it are fine. People have been saying that they have been replacing the sofa beds at the other resorts, but not sure how far they have gotten with them.

Everything at BCV is miniature...the one bedroom's total unit size is about the size of the living room at OKW. I can't imagine how small the studios are. I would not stay in either with more than two people who are not small children.

I agree the BCV seem to be the smallest of the resorts- no matter what people or Disney post--there is evidence that they may be smaller...I agree you should read this rather animated thread:

I believe crowded is an individual thing. I have done it but none of us spend a lot of time in the shower/in front of the mirror, are pretty easy going and didn't have a lot of clothing.

The OKW is a little larger room esp. the bathroom. Also the storage draws under the TV for the clothes in OKW are larger. We had a hard time getting the clothing in the 4 small draws at BCV for 4. My biggest problem with storage at BCV was at the sink. There is a sink and no draws/door/storage at all. Definitely a problem for the makeup/shaving kits etc. OKW has a sink in the bathroom area with draws/doors etc plenty of room for bathroom needs.

While the 2nd bed in BCV in a hide a bed which does give you a lot more sitting area the down side is the bed is not very comfortable. (there is a closet in both for hanging items)

With 4 adults I guess I would have to say OKW may accommodate you a little better.

Two couples in any one room would be small to me. But okw has two beds where bcv has one and the pull out sofa. Okw would seem the better choice

They must be talking about the second bedroom of a two bedroom where you have two queen sized beds instead of a sleeper sofa and no outside entrance to the room. The second bedroom cannot be rented out as a studio.

My daughter and son in law have another couple (their age) that will be going with us also. So I got a studio at OKW for them. Plenty of room for everyone now. We will be there 10/15 for a week. This continues to be the best site for Disney Info on the internet!! Thanks for all the info provided.

I think 4 in a studio is definately doable - but it really depends on how many suitcase you have and how close you all are. It is small - whether it's OKW or BCV - for 4 adults for a week.

We stayed one night in a BWV studio with DD and DSIL. There was plenty of room for clothes etc, but I can't say I would want to do it for a whole week! I like my private moments and would much prefer a 1 br.

in this conversation. She loves BCV, she is passionate about BCV, so I would value her input. Personally, I don't like hotel rooms. I spent 2 1/2 weeks in one last Oct/Nov in San Francisco. I felt crowded and it was just me! I opt for the 1-bedroom even though it is only me but I like to spend time at the resort. I do think the studio should be doable for 4 people though especially if you spend a lot of time outside the room such as going to the parks, etc.

I totally agree with Spicey! Im just back from 12 nights in a BCV studio and 13 nights in an SSR studio.

YOU SPENT A TOTAL OF 25 DAYS AT WDW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since it sounds as if the 4 of you have travelled together before, than it shouldn't be a problem. If it were 4 of you for the first time in one room, it might seem crowded, especially when getting dressed and showering, etc.

As mentioned above, lots of folks here don't like staying in studios period. If it meant staying in a studio at BCV versus them not going, I would keep the BCV studio. You will also have access to SAB at BCV .
