Can anyone tell me their expierences of the beach club? Im a newbie and this is the first place I will be staying at.

The Beach Club Villas are perfect for us (as you can tell by our siggie! ). Stormalong Bay pool complex is one big reason. If you like swimming, there's something for everyone (although folks with small children worry about keeping an eye on them). The lazy river isn't so lazy and is up to 8' deep, which is a great way to cool off when it's warm. The location is also great. We do not like to rent a car, and you can walk to Epcot, boat to Hollywood Studios, or stroll over to the Boardwalk at night, in addition to just relaxing at the Villas. The views from the Villas aren't great; we like to ask for an upper floor facing Epcot. It's a quiet woodsy view and you can see the highest part of the fireworks during Illuminations. Enjoy your stay!

You got me so excited!!! We're staying there for our honeymoon and buying DVC at that time (BLT BABY!)

Yes, the pool is great and big too, but we just really love the location. To be so close to 2 parks is amazing. You can just pop over to the World Showcase or EPCOT for short visits. Great restaurants close by and all around. Riding the boat to MGM just keeps things magical - there is something about not seeing cars or buses. Night walks along the lake or the Boardwalk are special too. We just bought this month after discussing it for some time now. The bummer is we already have our 2 trips for 2009 booked and so we won't be staying there until 2010!
